History
The Fast Oil Spill Team, more commonly known as FOST, is an operational centre that belongs to TotalEnergies, with a response team and an oil spill response equipment stockpile.
Organization
An agreement is in place between TotalEnergies and the City of Marseille, which provides staff on secondment from the Marseille Naval Fire Battalion (BMPM).
Equipment
The center is organized in two zones: an administrative area, and a warehouse to store the response equipment materials
