Arrival of FOST2 !
November 2024: Delivery of the FOST2!
FOST now owns a new workboat, named FOST2.
This FOXSEA 660 was ordered in late 2023 from a Brittany-based shipyard, according to specifications drawn up to obtain a vessel tailored to our needs. FOST oversaw all the stages in the manufacturing process up until its delivery to Vitrolles.
This multi-purpose vessel, 6.60 m long by 2.30 m wide, is equipped with a 150 hp motor and is made of aluminium.
Thanks to its tilting front door, it can embark and disembark freight and personnel from a quay, beach or slipway.
A jib crane with a winch has been installed on the deck to facilitate operations and manoeuvres during both training and exercises.
