At the request of DRPC, Dépôts Rouen Petite Couronne, a team from FOST was tasked with assessing the spill response system for the firm’s reception capacities (pipeline and river transport with 2 wharfs).
DPRC has a 600,000 m3 storage capacity made up of 23 tanks with a capacity ranging between 5,000 and 100,000 m3.
It has well-maintained spill response equipment in good condition.
According to the scenario, various proposals were studied and equipment procurement recommendations were made.
Theoretical and practical on-site support could also be provided for the personnel involved.
